Cancellation Policy

I fully understand that everyday life can 'throw up' situations that are beyond our control, so this cancellation policy is hopefully fair and reasonable.

You won't be charged when cancelling up to 48 hours before your appointment time, for single appointments. Otherwise, you will be charged 30% of the full price of the treatment (for late cancellation) and 50% for not simply showing up.  I of course appreciate that there can be emergencies and this will always be discussed on an individual basis.

If you wish to book a series of treatments, once booked, these must be paid for and started, no refunds will be given for outstanding sessions but I will rearrange if you have a situation in your life that means you cannot attend.

Additionally, I also offer everyone a free consultation for every therapy when booked via the online booking system. If you fail to attend/let me know, the charge will be £20.  I will have blocked out time in our booking calendar and this will be time I could have offered to another client.
